1. Definitions & Scope

Ever wonder why fine print matters? It's about clarity. In these terms, "Company" refers to BMV COLD STORAGE, LLC, providing logistics and cold storage solutions. "Client" refers to the entity requesting transit or warehousing services. Our relationship is governed by these parameters from the moment your freight enters our custody.

2. Warehousing & Liability

We take pride in our facility at 177 OLD TUCSON RD. However, logistics involves inherent risks. BMV COLD STORAGE, LLC maintains state-of-the-art climate control systems, but our liability for loss or damage is limited to specific industry standards unless additional insurance is declared in writing. Don't leave your cargo's safety to chance; we recommend verifying your coverage levels before handover.

Clients are responsible for proper packaging and labeling of all freight. We're committed to excellence, but we can't be held liable for internal damage caused by insufficient pallets or faulty temperature-sensitive packaging provided by the sender.

3. Transit Agreements

How do we ensure timely delivery? By following strict transit schedules. All quotes provided are based on current fuel surcharges and carrier availability. We reserve the right to adjust rates should transit conditions change significantly between booking and pickup.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Transparency extends to our billing. Invoices are due within 30 days of the service date unless otherwise negotiated. Late payments may incur interest charges. Need to cancel a shipment? Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service fee. We're flexible, but logistics requires precise planning.
